Located in the thriving Northeast Arkansas city of Jonesboro, CMU Investments has become a driving force in residential apartment rentals. We have approximately 50 units, from W Nettleton to South Caraway, which allows us to be large enough to present you with great service, and yet, small enough to know you. We strive to maintain a "Resident-First" mentality by offering an All-Inclusive Rent package with many of our apartments in Jonesboro. We also provide resident-accessible security cameras and lockable privacy fencing with many of our homes. We want you to be proud to call our apartments "Home".

Apply

The first step in the application process is obviously...APPLY! We would love to email you an application for one of our amazing apartments in Jonesboro, or if you would like to stop by our office to pick one up, we would love to meet you face to face. You may also download our CMU Apartment Rental Application for your convenience.

CMU RENTAL APPLICATION (DOWNLOAD)

Each adult that will be living at the apartment will need to fill out an application. Once completed, just drop it off at our office along with the application fee ($25/applicant), and we can begin the process of approving your application and taking one step closer towards moving you into your new home.

Process

We put great value on the selection process at CMU Investments! We understand a home is only as credible as the neighbors next to you. The initial fee paid when applying moves immediately to cover the time and cost of the introductory online assessments. Once completed, we continue to look at several other factors in hopes of finding the best tenant for our community.

Viewing

You've been approved! Let's set up a time to show you that the real deal is so much better than the pictures. Due to the quantity of inquiries about these apartments, we are unable to schedule a viewing without an approved application in place. But we promise...the wait is worth it! After seeing your new home...you will be more than ready to get that Move-In date in the books...and we will too! So let's get started!
